These terms govern all recording bookings and equipment access at xaflin, located at 240 Richmond St W, Toronto, ON, Canada.
1. Session Scheduling & Pricing
Standard podcast studio recording blocks are offered at 190 EUR per 2-hour session (or local Canadian Dollar equivalent agreed on your invoice). Studio time begins promptly at the reserved start time. We recommend clients arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled hour for soundchecks.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be submitted via email to [email protected] at least 48 hours prior to the session start time. Notice provided within fewer than 48 hours may be subject to a 50% studio retention fee to cover reserved engineering hours.
3. Studio Conduct & Facility Care
Only covered beverages are permitted inside the sound recording suite. Open liquids and food are prohibited near the mixing consoles and microphone arms. Any intentional damage to broadcast equipment will be invoiced at current replacement cost.
4. Content Ownership & Recording Files
The client retains 100% intellectual property ownership of all recorded material, conversations, and multimedia created during the booking. xaflin claims zero rights or royalties over your podcast, audio files, or video streams.
5. File Delivery & Backup Responsibility
Raw audio multitracks and camera captures are handed over to the client upon session conclusion. Clients are responsible for downloading and archiving files within 14 days of receipt.
